Silicon photodetectors: Visible & IR Silicon photodiodes has unique properties for light detection from 200nm to 1100nm as well as detection of α, β,Y and X-ray radiation - All photodetectors series are available in a wide variety of standard sizes, configurations and packages including detector amplifier and detector-optical filter combinations. Additionally, multi-element arrays and modules are also available.

Si Avalanche Photodetectors(APDs): are high speed, high sensitivity photodiodes with an internal gain mechanism capable of a high gain bandwidth product. All Avalanche Photodetectors are available in a wide range of sizes and packages, including Multi-Element Arrays.

Wavelength Sensitive Detectors are made up of two monolithically vertically arranged photodetectors in one chip. This combination is especially suitable for determining the wavelength of monochromatic radiation - Spectral range from 450nm to 950nm.
